The amount it will increase will vary based on the size of the manufacturer and what they consider a large project. NDI Office Furniture Catalog: For most furniture items in this catalog the starting discount is 40% off the list price. This is does not apply to items with model numbers starting with SO or QS, or any office accessories like whiteboards, etc.

HON NOW Quick-ship program: The HON products that are made in the USA with the Lifetime Warranty, especially the seating are some of the best quality items on the market. Taking advantage of the deep discounting on their quick-ship program can get you a great price on a top quality chair without having to have a huge order.

My best selling cubicle line is also available on this program, but is not shown in the catalog because the best way to start any cubicle quote is with a drawing. Pricing can vary greatly based on configuration, but the discounting is so deep on their quick-ship program I am finding even refurbished dealers are having trouble competing.

Express Office Furniture Catalog: My GO-TO catalog for small to mid sized projects. The pricing is extremely competitive and the standard lead time for small projects is 3 to 5 days. Larger projects with around 25 offices or more, might need a longer lead time than their standard 3 – 5 days because product might have to be transferred from different hubs. For projects under $12,000 total list the discount is 40% off the list price. Deeper discounting is available for larger projects.

HON 2020 Full Line Product Catalog : If we were to put the full breadth of the HON product line into an actual catalog it would be MASSIVE. This catalog shows a large sampling of their products specified in several of the available ways. This catalog is more of an idea book than an actual catalog, but it is useful to get a feel for what you want. HON is a true Contract Furniture line. I am able to help you specify the finishes and features you want and price out your project for you. If it is not a mid to large sized project then I recommend sticking with the quick ship options available in their NOW Catalog.

HON Full Line List Price Book 2020: Not typically recommended for end users, but it does help explain how big the product line is and just how many features and finishes can be specified. This is more of a dealer tool. I find it easier to use my design software to design, specify and price, especially on larger projects. However the List Price Book is an invaluable tool for quick answers on which specifications are available on which item. The standard discount is 40% off the list price, but deeper tiered discounting starts at $25,000 total list price.

Cherryman Industires Office Furniture Brochure: A good mid-market manufacturer with contemporary lines that are reasonably priced. Their Jade Wood Veneer line is a great choice for clients who want wood instead of laminate.
